Overview

We are seeking an experienced Back Office Solution Designer to support our transformation initiatives across finance, HR, procurement, and related back-office functions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle solutions and the ability to translate business needs into effective system designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end back-office solutions leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion.
  • Lead and contribute to solution architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with business processes and transformation roadmaps.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse current-state processes, and define future-state designs.
  • Support and guide the migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion, including mapping, data considerations, integrations, and process redesign.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and solution design artefacts.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business SMEs to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Provide expertise and recommendations to improve efficiency, standardisation, and best-practice usage of Oracle systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion across key back-office domains (e.g., Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain).
  • Experience in migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.
  • Ability to articulate business processes and demonstrate a deep understanding of the industries and organisations previously supported.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model.
