We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the technical workstreams of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP implementation projects. This role ensures the successful delivery of complex technical workstreams within an enterprise solution (HCM, Payroll, ERP) project, with a strong focus on Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Architecture. A look into the role As a Technical Delivery Associate Director within our team practice, you will:
Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP programmes. Manage and coordinate technical workstreams including:
Data Migration: Strategy, mapping, validation, and execution. Integration: Design and delivery of interfaces between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems. Reporting: Development of BI and operational reporting solutions. Architecture: Oversight of solution architecture.
Collaborate with functional leads, programme managers, and client stakeholders to align technical delivery. Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues across projects. Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices.
Knowing you’re right for us Joining us as an AD, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
Proven track record of managing technical delivery for multiple Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP implementations. Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud or other enterprise applications architecture and technical components. Hands‑on experience in leading Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Architecture workstreams in enterprise application implementation programmes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in consulting or system integrator environments.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but we’ll help you develop along the way.
Oracle certifications in relevant technical domains. Experience with tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL. Background in enterprise-level transformation programmes.
