About the Role We are looking for an experienced Window and Door Order Processor to join this dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the fenestration industry, using software such as Window Designer, LogiKal, or Business Micros to process orders efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and send quotes to customers via email or technical documentation * Obtain quotes from suppliers for materials and stock * Process customer orders using industry-specific software * Communicate with clients regarding orders, delivery timescales, and any issues * Gather job details to produce accurate quotes * Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring all parts are ordered and delivered on time * Complete administrative tasks as required * Provide outstanding customer service at all times * Receive training and ongoing support where needed About You * Must have recent experience processing uPVC window and door orders * Ability to read and understand technical drawings (e.g., CAD) * Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills * Capable of working independently and as part of a team * Able to manage deadlines and achieve KPI targets If you have the relevant experience in order processing within the fenestration industry and are looking for your next career move, apply now or contact Chase Taylor Recruitment, quoting reference MM6391 for more information
