Organic Social Media Manager / Ecommerce Organisation / Maidstone - Kent / £35,000 - £40,000

Our client is one of the fastest-growing UK eCommerce brands, recognised for its innovative products and rapid expansion. With a strong digital presence and exciting growth plans, they are looking to further scale their organic marketing function.

We’re looking for an Organic Marketing Manager to lead and grow the brand’s organic social media presence. This is a newly created role focused on driving engagement, building community, and delivering commercially impactful content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cross-platform organic social media strategy
• Manage and grow key channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Plan and oversee day-to-day content creation and publishing
• Work closely with internal teams to brief and deliver high-performing content
• Identify trends and create reactive, engaging content that drives reach and revenue
• Build and nurture an engaged online community
• Track performance and optimise content using key metrics (engagement, CTR, reach)
• Report on performance and provide strategic recommendations

About You

• Proven experience managing organic social media for an eCommerce or DTC brand
• Strong track record of growing social media channels and engagement
• Experience creating or directing short-form video content
• Commercial mindset with understanding of the full marketing funnel
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
• Highly creative with a strong eye for trends and content performance
• Organised, proactive, and confident working autonomously
