Take on the role of Organisational Resilience Manager, and you’ll ensure that threats to our national security are identified and mitigated – wherever they are.
You will be a key member of the Organisational Resilience Team, working with senior managers in the Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (CTPHQ), the Metropolitan Police’s Specialist Operations Commands and with Counter Terrorism Units across the country.
The Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (CTPHQ) Compliance and Assurance Pillar undertake a number of governance and assurance functions on behalf of CT Policing across the UK.
The purpose of the Organisational Resilience Unit is to ensure the UK Counter Terrorism Policing Network has robust business continuity and risk management in place. This includes ensuring risk management and business continuity are embedded into strategic decision making, business planning and performance management, as well as provide assurance that the UK Counter Terrorism Policing Network is able to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive incidents as and when they occur.
As an Organisational Resilience Manager (Band D) for Counter Terrorism Policing, you will work across a range of specialist business areas, both locally and nationally. You will support the Head of Organisational Resilience to ensure that policies, processes and practices are in place to manage risk, as well as produce, monitor, maintain and test coordinated business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
You will be joining the team at an exciting time of expansion as we grow to support the CTP network even more than before.
Counter Terrorism Policing is committed to inclusivity, diversity, and equality, and strives to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to thrive.
