you be working?

the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full
network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Mobile networks- We keep the country
connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private
5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected
infrastructure.

What
will you be doing?

As
the On The Day Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth
site operations and project delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing daily
trackers for readiness, conducting morning health and safety checks, and
verifying Dynamic Risk Assessment (DRA) documentation.

You will confirm Traffic
Management (TM) and Permit Management (PM) setups via photographic evidence,
ensure kit checks are complete, and manage site communications through a
dedicated WhatsApp group. Throughout the day, monitor progress, escalate issues
to Build Managers or Project Engineers, and provide clear OTD reports to
customers.

Knowledge of telecoms build processes is desirable for effective
support and problem-solving.

What you’ll
bring?

Support
continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work streams and processes.
Ensure successful site delivery and customer acceptance within the “Time, Cost,
Quality” framework. Maintain compliance with standards, provide accurate
information for site build completion, and conduct audits to company
requirements. Build strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, demonstrating commercial awareness in telecoms. Possess working
knowledge of health & safety, environmental legislation, and street works
build protocols to ensure safe and efficient operations.
