Rota includes weekends and bank holidays. Weekday shifts will be 17.00-22.00 and weekend/Bank Holiday shifts will be between 08.00-19.00The role of our Out of Hours Contact Centre Agent is to act as the main point of customer contact for servicing and responsive maintenance during out-of-hours periods.
