Competitive salary of £25,500 base plus £10,000 on target bonus (OTE £35,500+), equating to approximately £490 per week plus bonus. What You’ll Be Doing
Making 60+ outbound calls daily to inbound leads, qualifying applicants and booking appointments Using systems confirm meetings and keep candidates engaged Maintaining accurate CRM records to ensure smooth handover to the Consultant team
