Immediate Start - Primary Behaviour Outreach WorkerLocation: St Albans & HatfieldSalary: £27,000 - £32,000 FTE (H5-H6, dependent on experience) | Term Time Only | Flexible working available

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with an Alternative Provision Academy to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Primary Behaviour Outreach Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated Primary Outreach Team supporting local primary schools across St Albans and Hatfield.

The Role

In this rewarding position, you will:

• Work collaboratively with primary schools to support pupils presenting with behavioural needs.
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions.
• Provide practical strategies and tailored guidance to pupils, parents, and school staff.
• Support schools in promoting positive behaviour and improving pupil outcomes.

• Has a strong understanding of SEN and SEMH strategies within a primary setting.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle (mileage expenses covered).

• Term-time only contract.
• £27,000 - £32,000 Full-Time Equivalent (H5-H6), dependent on skills and experience.
• Flexible working arrangements may be considered.
• Role subject to ongoing funding.
