Outsourcing Assistant Manager responsibilities will include:
Manage a portfolio of outsourced accounts clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of accounting services
Prepare management accounts, statutory accounts, and VAT returns for clients across various sectors
Review and supervise work of junior staff, providing coaching, support, and development opportunities
Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries, provide advice, and maintain strong relationships
Assist with onboarding new clients, including setting up systems and processes
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (FRS 102, FRS 105) and firm policies
Contribute to process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and quality control across the team
As a Outsourcing Assistant Manager you will be/have:
ACA or ACCA Qualified
Over 18 month+rsquo; post-qualified experience of reviewing management accounts and complex bookkeeping assignments
The first point of contact for a portfolio of management accounts clients
Demonstrate the ability to supervise and develop a team of staff
