Overhaul & Repair Operations Manager Location: Knowsley, Merseyside (with occasional UK travel as required) Are you an experienced operational leader with a passion for engineering excellence? Clarke Energy is seeking an Overhaul & Repair Operations Manager to lead and continually improve our overhaul, repair and remanufacturing activities. This is a senior operational role, responsible for ensuring all workshop and field-based overhaul operations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standards. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining the reliability of our engine fleet, driving operational performance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Job Purpose To lead and manage all overhaul and repair activities - including full engine overhauls, field-based repairs and the remanufacture of components - maximising utilisation, quality, profitability and customer satisfaction. The majority of your time will be spent managing overhaul workflows, coordinating resources, driving process improvements and ensuring work is delivered in line with Clarke Energy and OEM standards.
