Role DefinitionWe are currently in the middle of the biggest change in packaging legislation for 25 years. The change in legislation means there is a large amount of data to collate, validate and publish. Which in turn feeds into the sustainability report.Working with the central packaging team this role will be an integral part to helping understand our packaging impact and help to show where change needs to be made.Key ResponsibilitiesPackaging data is a key focus within our business following the introduction of new packaging legislation. As we dig deeper into our packaging data there are a number of areas which need further investigation.This role will involve travelling to relevant sites across the UK and ROI to investigate issues raised. Packaging knowledge is essential to the role, along with an understanding of the packaging components used to create finished products.We are moving away from a manual spreadsheet process to a web based solution - you will be part of the team developing this new process and key to the transition.Initially the role will involve collating missing information from sites and helping to validate the information provided.Please note: For this role, there will be an element of weekly travel around a number of our sites.
