Escape Recruitment are partnering with an established manufacturing client to recruit a Group Buyer responsible for end-to-end purchasing across materials, CAPEX, and indirect spend. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting operational and project requirements while driving supplier performance and cost efficiency. You will work closely with engineering, operations and internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for procurement across the site. The business offers a supportive team environment, ongoing training and CIPS development support , alongside a strong commitment to sustainability and long-term employee development. Manage end-to-end purchasing activity across site requirements Develop and manage supplier relationships and performance Support lean supply chain initiatives Proven procurement experience ideally within a manufacturing environment Full UK driving licence Company Bonus 7% employer pension contribution Life assurance & Group Income Protection Training and CIPS support
