Description

The Packaging Manager will be responsible for the end to end packaging process for the entire product range. They will work cross functionally to create and deliver a streamlined process ensuring optimisation across all areas.

They will:

Work closely with NPD, Operations, Technical and Commercial to create and deliver sustainable packaging solutions to external customers Source packaging materials, negotiate pricing and build strong relationships with suppliers Ensure packaging specifications meet product, customer and legal requirements Organise, supervise and support trials across packaging, bakery and transit Develop and lead initiatives to reduce packaging waste and improve recyclability, reusability and use of renewable materials Train and support internal teams on packaging handling, specifications and sustainability awareness Be the face of the business for packaging for both external cust...
