An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a client of ours, a leading Medical Device Company based on the outskirts of Leeds currently looking to recruit a THV Jasmine & Packing Technician to join their growing manufacturing team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the full Jasmine treatment process for pericardial valves and ensuring all clinical and non‑clinical products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. You will play a vital role in ensuring patient‑ready devices are produced to the highest quality standards.

Starting Salary - £27,360 (increase to £29k after probation)

Large amount of training and progression for the ideal candidate.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7am to 3.30pm and Friday 7am - 1.30pm

Job Details

* Organise, run, and complete all Jasmine processing and packing operations in accordance with work instructions, GMP, GDP, and the Quality System.

* Ensure accurate and timely completion of every Jasmine cycle, including the safe use of hazardous sterilisation chemicals such as formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde.

* Create and apply accurate labels, including attaching and laser‑engraving serial tags on valves.

* Manage the full packing process for Clinical and Non‑Clinical valves, supporting cross‑functional operations and commercial pipeline needs.

* Carry out work checks against specifications and defined failure modes to ensure product quality.

* Use appropriate tools safely and correctly as part of daily operations.

* Support manufacturing projects and complete additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

* Follow all EHS/Health & Safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications / Skills

* GCSEs or equivalent education level.

* Experience using precision tools (e.g., needles, microscopes) and large medical production equipment, including label printing systems (advantageous)

* Experience in manufacturing, cleanroom environments, medical devices, or GMP‑regulated environments (desired).

* Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and a strong process‑driven mindset.

* Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and work with minimal supervision.

* Strong documentation accuracy, good communication abilities, and basic computer skills.

* High attention to detail and excellent hand‑eye coordination/dexterity.

* Willingness to complete all necessary training and work within controlled environments to GMP standards.
