To operate machinery and following cleaning-in-process processes in the safest and most effective manner, driving activity to maintain and improve performance standards. To be accountable for, and to achieve, optimum performance from designated area.

Responsibilities

* Operate production equipment.

* Maintain machinery.

* Store products and materials.

* Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift.

* Report on defective products or machinery.

* Following SOPs for cleaning machinery and equipment

* Organising current stock based on date

* Setting up machines to specific petametres using SOP’s

* General housekeeping of the area you will be working in including clean as you go

* Always adhering to H&S

* Carrying out any other tasks required by the business

Person Specification

* Previous experience in a similar role – production/packing experience in the food industry is desired

* A self-starter who can use own initiative

* A good attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate and reliable

* A person with good timekeeping that will attend work on time...
