Overtime: Flexibility required for occasional weekends and overtime

Looking for an experinced Packaging Operative to work in a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with experience in food-related production and a strong understanding of safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Weighing and handling bags of varying sizes (1kg, 16kg, and bulk 1-ton bags)

* Packaging products accurately and efficiently

* Loading and unloading deliveries

* Operating a forklift truck (Counterbalance) safely and effectively

* Maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene across the site

* Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required

Requirements:

* Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)

* Good knowledge of food safety standards and procedures

* Ability to work in a physically demanding role

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

* Flexible attitude towards overtime and weekend work when required
