Padel & Leisure ManagerLocation: Leisure FacilityHours: Full-time, including evenings and weekendsOur client is launching three brand-new outdoor padel courts and are seeking a driven, creative, and operationally minded Padel & Leisure Manager to lead this exciting new venture. While the initial focus of the role will be to build and launch the padel offer from scratch, this is a multi-faceted leisure management position.Once padel is established, the role will form part of the wider leisure operations team, supporting and working across other areas of the facility as required. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys variety, and has strong marketing and social media skills to grow participation, awareness, and revenue.Key Responsibilities Padel Development & LaunchTake ownership of launching and developing the padel operation from the ground upBecome the lead contact and in-house expert on all aspects of padel, including participation models, customer experience, and best practiceResearch, select, and manage padel booking and management software systemsDesign and deliver opening events, launch campaigns, and promotional activitiesRecruit, coordinate, and manage padel coaches and external providersDevelop padel programmes including coaching, leagues, social play, junior sessions, and corporate bookingsManage the ongoing day-to-day operation of the padel courtsMarketing & Social MediaLead all padel-related marketing activity, from launch through to ongoing promotionCreate and manage social media content, campaigns, and schedulesDrive participation through digital marketing, promotions, partnerships, and community engagementSupport wider marketing initiatives to grow the overall businessMonitor engagement, bookings, and performance, adapting campaigns accordinglyLeisure Operations & Team SupportSupport the wider facility as part of the operations teamWork operational shifts across other leisure areas when requiredManage, supervise, and support staff, including rotas, training, and performanceDeliver high standards of customer service across all facilitiesSupport events, busy periods, and general facility operationsEnsure health & safety and operational standards are maintainedAbout YouComfortable building a new offer from scratch while also working as part of a wider teamStrong marketing and social media skills with a creative approachExperience in leisure, sport, fitness, or hospitality (padel experience beneficial but not essential)Confident managing people and working operationallyOrganised, proactive, and commercially awareFlexible and willing to work evenings and weekendsJBRP1_UKTJ
