Join a leading national homecare provider delivering specialist, one-to-one care in patients homes and community settings. The Role As a Paediatric Homecare Nurse, youll work independently while supported by a dedicated clinical team. Your responsibilities include: Delivering treatments such as IV infusions and home parenteral nutrition (HPN) Training children, young people, and families to safely administer medication Following a structured schedule managed by our planning team for safe, efficient travel Providing personalised, high-quality care tailored to each child This role prioritises patient care and allows you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most your patients and their families.
