We are recruiting reliable, compassionate Night Support Workers to join a consistent care team supporting two young children with complex needs in their family home in Birmingham. You’ll be working on a 2:1 basis — one Support Worker per child — providing tailored overnight care in a calm and supportive environment. This is a permanent care package with a set rota . We are looking for people who are committed to working nights and who can cover the full shift pattern without day-only or restricted availability.
