This role involves delivering nursing care to patients with a range of complex medical conditions, supporting them to remain safely in their own homes while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. The Role As an RGN working in complex homecare, you will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and responsive nursing care in line with individual care plans and NMC standards. Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care within the patients home. Manage and monitor complex clinical interventions, which may include: Tracheostomy care and suctioning Ventilation support (invasive and non-invasive) Enteral feeding (PEG/NG) Catheter care Wound management Stoma care Medication administration (including IV therapy where required)
