Agency Solutions Manager – 12-Month Contract (Hybrid, London)

We’re partnering with a leading global social media platform to hire an Agency Solutions Manager on a 12-month contract, hybrid in London (3 days onsite, London). This is a client-facing, high-impact role.

As the Agency Solutions Manager, you will be a trusted partner and product expert, working closely with one of the largest global media holding companies. You’ll help agencies implement paid social and digital media strategies that drive measurable business results, scale best practices, and optimise performance across campaigns.

What You’ll Do – Day-to-Day:

• Build and manage strong relationships with senior agency stakeholders
• Act as a Meta platform and Paid Social expert across campaigns
• Guide media planning, strategy, and performance measurement
• Analyse data to deliver actionable insights and optimise campaigns
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to drive best practices
• Lead project work streams, resolving technical or operational issues
• Educate agencies and scale successful approaches across the partner network

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, paid social, and agency partnerships
• 5+ years experience partnering with senior agency stakeholders
• Strong Paid Social expertise (Meta/Facebook/Instagram essential)
• Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of delivering on revenue or quota
• Prior experience working with media/advertising agencies
• Prior Meta platform experience is strongly preferred
