Paid Media Lead – Search Content Agency!

Central London - Hybrid working

£55,000 - £60,000


I am delighted to be working with a fantastic search content agency, who are seeking a Paid Media Lead to drive performance across multiple paid channels, transforming insight, creativity, and precision. I am looking for a hands-on leader to shape, execute, and grow a high-performing paid media function for a dynamic, integrated marketing team.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Own strategy and delivery across paid search, social, video, display, and emerging platforms.
  • Turn data into decisions, optimising campaigns to hit performance goals and drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and social teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with audiences and stand out.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of paid media specialists, sharing your expertise and building best-in-class processes.
  • Be a trusted partner for clients, translating business objectives into clear, actionable campaigns.


I am looking for someone who:

  • Has 3–5+ years’ experience in agency-side paid media.
  • Can deliver high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Understands audience targeting, attribution, and optimisation at a granular level.
  • Can manage large budgets (£50k–£500k+ per month) while driving growth.
  • Is hands-on, commercially minded, and creative, able to lead both campaigns and people.
