The Paid Search Account Manager will lead a portfolio of ecommerce clients, owning channel performance, steering strategy and guiding junior team members to deliver best-in-class work.


Role Highlights

The Paid Search Account Manager will…

– Oversee Paid Search performance across up to four ecommerce accounts

– Shape and sign off channel strategy to drive measurable growth

– Produce compelling proposals that unlock incremental performance

– Lead the delivery and quality of all Paid Search execution

– Mentor junior Executives, raising capability and consistency


You Will Need

– Strong hands-on knowledge of leading Paid Search platforms

– Deep understanding of ecommerce performance levers and optimisation tactics

– Confidence managing multiple accounts and prioritising effectively

– Analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into action

– Leadership ability to motivate others and uphold high standards
