Leading Paid Search strategy and activation for UBS across multiple international markets, with a strong focus on high‑value lead generation Managing and developing a small, high‑performing Paid Search team across London and offshore hubs, creating clarity, confidence and progression Acting as a trusted day‑to‑day partner to senior client stakeholders, translating business goals into effective search solutions Overseeing campaign planning, optimisation and performance, ensuring best practice across platforms and markets Working closely with global and regional teams to align local execution with central strategy Ensuring robust tracking, reporting and insight generation, with a clear focus on lead quality and commercial impact Contributing to wider Paid Search best practice, knowledge sharing and operational excellence within Zenith International
