The Role

After some exciting growth within the agency we are currently looking for a hands-on Account Director who is happy to get stuck in activating campaigns whilst supporting the BD across Planning & Strategy.


  • Own and lead the regional paid social activation and strategy
  • Coach, and develop a team of Paid Social specialists in London
  • Lead performance narratives, delivering clear insights and recommendations that support confident client decision making.
  • Working closely with Account Managers & Business Directors to ensure social campaigns run smoothly


What you'll bring

  • Proven experience onboarding global clients on paid social
  • Strategy & planning expertise across social platforms - Meta, TikTok, Pinterest in particular for Campari
  • Able to manage & co-ordinate comms and deliverables across multiple local market stakeholders
  • Familiar with managing platform infrastructure, i.e. Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Centres
  • Experience training & mentoring junior team members


Please note this is contract position starting ASAP for an initial 3 month period.
