Paid Social and AI Performance Marketing Specialist


We’re looking for a Paid Social specialist who lives and breathes performance.


This role is heavily focused on hands-on paid social execution and optimisation, with a clear emphasis on platforms like Meta and TikTok. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, from setup to scaling, using data and testing to drive real commercial results and dabble with AI and automation.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and scaling paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
  • Driving performance across CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics
  • Running continuous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and structures
  • Analysing performance data and turning it into clear quantitative actions
  • Keep security and client-data handling standards high across AI and reporting processes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through smarter workflows
  • Build and refine AI and data workflows that improve reporting, research, process efficiency and campaign analysis.


What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social (Meta and TikTok essential)
  • Experience with Google Ads is highly valued
  • Proven ability to optimise and scale social platform campaigns
  • Minimum 3 years experience using paid media metric and how they translate in the overall business strategy
  • Minimum 1,5 years of using AI and automation in this environment, as well as LLMs workflows
  • SQL and Python are a huge advantage
  • Someone who enjoys being in the detail of campaigns, not just strategy
  • This is a role for someone who wants to go deep on paid social, AI processes, take ownership, and drive measurable growth.
