Job Title: Paid Social Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Type: Full-time, Permanent


About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Social Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across a range of clients.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on platform experience who can own campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to performance analysis, and is confident managing budgets and delivering against KPIs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
  • Develop audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike modelling
  • Write briefs and collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Build and present client reports with clear performance narratives
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and emerging formats
  • Support wider digital strategy across multi-channel campaigns where required


Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in paid social or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with key platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimisation techniques
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against KPIs
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as GA4, Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment
  • Knowledge of attribution models and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance-driven content
  • Exposure to broader paid media channels (search, programmatic)
