This can range from carefully planned and executed launch support projects through to very reactive quality campaigns. Here at E-PPL we are looking for an experienced Paint Prepping Technician who will be responsible for preparing plastic and fiberglass automotive bumpers for the painting process. This includes cleaning, sanding, filling, and smoothing surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of automotive body work and painting processes, and experience with the tools and materials required for the job. Experience: * Proven experience in automotive bodywork, sanding, and surface preparation. * Experience with plastic and fiberglass repair is highly desirable. * Familiarity with various types of primers, fillers, and sealants. * Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision. * Proficient in using hand tools and power tools common to automotive body shops. * Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines....
