Paint Sprayer - Nights

kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer (night shift) to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sprayer who can work efficiently overnight, producing high-quality finishes and keeping jobs moving through the paint process to a consistently high standard.
key responsibilities

* carry out paint spraying on vehicles to manufacturer and bodyshop standards

* prep, mask and prime panels ready for painting when required

* mix and match paints accurately, including blending and colour matching

* apply basecoat, clearcoat and complete finishing work to a high standard

* ensure all work is completed within deadlines and quality checked before handover

* maintain spray booth, equipment and work area cleanliness

* follow all health and safety procedures, including safe handling of materials

requirements

* proven experience as a paint sprayer within an accident repair centre / bodyshop

* confident with all aspects of spraying, including blending and colour matching

* high attention to detail and a quality-driven approach

* ability to work independently and meet targets on night shift

* good knowledge of paint systems and modern repair methods

* ata / nvq qualifications beneficial but not essential
