The successful candidate will be responsible to lead and supervise the paint spraying team in delivering high-quality finishes on Wrightbus vehicles, ensuring all work meets company standards, customer specifications, and production schedules. The supervisor will drive performance, maintain safety and compliance, and support continuous improvement across the paint shop.
The Role: Supervise daily operations of the paint spraying team, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met. Allocate tasks and manage workflow to align with production schedules.
