Paint Sprayer - Temp to Perm

We're currently supporting a well-established engineering firm with the recruitment of an experienced Paint Sprayer. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, competitive pay, and the chance to work on high-quality, safety-critical projects.

What's on Offer:

£14.50-£15.50 per hour Temp-to-perm contract Enhanced overtime rates Training and development support Early Friday finish

The Role:

Apply wet paints to components to a consistent, high-quality finish Mix paints accurately and follow technical specifications Use gloss and thickness meters to check finishes Prepare and jig up workpieces for spraying Follow health & safety procedures including COSHH and PPE use Work independently and manage workflow efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in wet paint spraying (industrial or automotive) Understanding of COSHH and safe working practices Ability to follow instructions and deliver consistent results Positive attitude and ability to work on own initiativeDesirable:

Spray painting certification Experience using gloss (Gu) and thickness (DFT) meters Flexibility to work different shifts if requiredThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term role in a clean, modern engineering environment. Immediate starts available.
