Our client, a leading and reputable Insurance-approved Vehicle Accident Repair Centre, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to work in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art workshop, handling prestigious vehicles and restoration projects. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be integral to delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service in a thriving accident repair business.

Whats in it for you?
Competitive basic salary between £45,000 and £50,000 DOE, with potential to earn up to £55,000
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties:
Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork according to client and manufacturer specifications
Mixing, colour-matching, and painting repaired vehicle areas to a high standard
Polishing and finishing paintwork to ensure flawless results
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and techniques
Delivering excellent customer service that builds loyalty and encourages referrals
Ensuring the workshop is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
Managing administrative tasks efficiently related to each job
Candidate Specification for the role:
Strong eye for detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to multitask and work effectively within a busy environment
Recognised qualification in Accident Repair/Bodyshop or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop
Skilled in delivering high-quality paint repairs from start to finish
Ownership of necessary equipment and spray guns
Full UK driving licence is essential
Possession of an ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential
