Role Overview

This role supports the daily operation of a manufacturing finishing area, focusing on coating and surface treatment activities. The position requires a proactive, detail-focused approach to ensure consistent quality, smooth workflow, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out coating and finishing activities in line with production requirements

Coordinate daily workload within the finishing area to support overall assembly output

Ensure a consistent and high-quality finish across production batches

Identify and communicate process issues or delays to the relevant supervisor

Monitor, manage, and replenish consumables, escalating shortages when required

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in paint spraying, coating, or finishing operations
