All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application. - Canterbury Salary - £56,341 basic uncapped bonus Ref 30305 We have a new opportunity for an experienced Paint Technician to join a busy and well-established bodyshop in Canterbury.This position is based within a smaller close-knit operation of around 17 team members across two sites (reception and workshop).

The team is known for being friendly, supportive, and long-standing, with many colleagues having over 10 years service and some exceeding 25 years.

The site benefits from a loyal customer base and consistent workflow.

Prepare vehicles for painting including masking, sanding, and priming.

Mix and match paint colours to ensure a perfect finish.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity targets.

Paint Technician Requirements: Proven experience as a Paint Technician in a bodyshop or similar environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

ATA accreditation (desirable but not essential).
