Multiple Painter & Decorator Needed - Social Housing (Mobile Role)

Location: Harlow / North London & South London /Croydon
Pay Rate: £21.18 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team, working on social housing properties across Harlow and Croydon. This is a mobile role, so you'll be provided with a company van to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating, including:
Painting & Decorating
Finishing work
Mould washing
Surface preparation (prepping)
Complete reactive maintenance and planned works in social housing properties
Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is finished to a high quality
Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clientsRequirements:

Proven experience in social housing or domestic properties
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Standard DBS check (essential)
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting & Decorating (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage your own workloadWhat We Offer:
