We arelooking to recruit an experiencedindividualto join our established team.OurPainter andDecoratorsprovidepaintingand decorating works for the Group to a high and consistent standard In addition, we are looking for candidates that have apassion to advocate on behalf of people and communities. Whatdo ourPainter andDecoratorsdo; Deliver high-quality painting and decorating services across internal and external areas, including surface preparation, applying finishes, treating mould, working on timber/metalsurfacesand completing minor remedial works.
Work collaboratively with other trades to support fast void turnaround times, carry out maintenance in domestic and commercial properties, and provide excellent customer service when liaising with tenants and clients.
Plan, assess and document work effectively, including ordering materials, completing daily records, checking customer satisfaction, interpreting drawings/measurementsandparticipatingin an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota.
