Pertemps are recruiting for a skilled and reliable Painter and Decorator to support a busy summer turnaround project at a student accomodation building in central Bristol.This is a short-term contract ideal for a reliable individual who can deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring rooms and communal areas are refreshed and ready for new students. Location:  BS1 - Central Bristol Contract Dates:  Temporary Assignment ( 4-6 weeks )  ASAP START Working Hours:  Monday to Friday, 08.30-17.00 Pay Rate:  £18.00 p/h Key Responsibilities: Preparing and painting bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and communal lounges Filling holes, sanding surfaces, and applying undercoats where necessary Touching up scuffed walls, woodwork, and damaged surfaces Repainting entire rooms as needed to a high standard Ensuring clean and tidy workspaces with proper protection of furnishings and flooring Working to tight deadlines and prioritising high-turnover rooms Liaising with the maintenance team to report or flag other repair needs Supporting general turnaround duties as required, such as minor maintenance or room checks What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in painting and decorating, preferably in resident...
