Role Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to carry out ongoing void works on a residential project in Hythe. This role involves preparing and decorating empty properties to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for reoccupation.

Key Responsibilities

Internal painting and decorating on void properties

*

Surface preparation including filling, sanding, and making good

*

Emulsion and gloss work

*

Working efficiently to meet turnaround targets

*

Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

*

Following site Health & Safety procedures

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator

*

Ability to work independently on void properties

*

Good attention to detail and finish

*

Own tools preferred

*

CSCS card (preferred)

*

Reliable and punctual
