The Role
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Panel Beater / Bodyshop Technician to join a busy and well-established bodyshop operation. Working as part of an experienced team, you will be responsible for repairing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work meets approved repair methods and customer expectations. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Stripping and refitting vehicle panels and components
Repairing body damage to restore vehicles to their original condition
Removing dents using tools such as pin pullers, slide hammers, miracle pullers, jigs, and panel beating hammers
Completing both minor and major filler work on panels
Assisting other areas of the bodyshop when required
Supporting and helping train trainee bodyshop technicians
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role as a Panel Beater / Bodyshop Technician
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to support junior team members and share technical knowledge
A strong passion for the motor industry with pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when required
Excellent attention to detail
