Job Description

Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are looking for a skilled and reliable Panel Beater to join our busy workshop team. Within this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork to a high standard, ensuring all work meets safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess vehicle damage and plan repair work
  • Repair dents, scratches, and structural damage
  • Remove and replace damaged panels
  • Use welding, filling, grinding, and sanding techniques
  • Align vehicle frames and panels accurately
  • Prepare vehicles for painting
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Panel Beater or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques
  • Ability to use workshop tools and equipment safely
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good time management and teamwork skills
  • Relevant qualifications or apprenticeship (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential) you need to be comfortable to drive manual and automatic cars

Working Schedule:

Monday - Friday

07:00 - 15:30
