Our client, a leading automotive accident repair centre in Swindon, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their expanding team. Replace and repair damaged or compromised vehicle body panels to high-quality standards Conduct chassis and framework repairs with precision Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine appropriate repair methods Perform bumper and door repairs as required, ensuring durability and finish Guarantee all repair work meets both internal standards and third-party accreditation requirements Assist with minor Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) work where necessary Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operational workflow and safety compliance Requirements:
Proven experience as a Panel Beater, with recent or current employment in a similar role Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable but not essential; substantial on-the-job experience (minimum three years) considered Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Valid UK driving licence with minimal points Additional skills in vehicle paint spraying or ATA accreditation would be advantageous but are not mandatory This Panel Beater position presents an excellent career opportunity within a reputable accident repair centre.
