*What you’ll actually be doing:*

* Removing and refitting panels with precision and care
* Spotting defects and reporting them to the team
* Ensuring perfect fit, finish, and quality every time
* Working safely and following all repair standards
* Maintaining tools and reporting any issues
* Signing off repairs to confirm quality
* Keeping vehicles safe and secure throughout the repair process

*What you need to bring to the party:*

* Proven experience as a *Panel Beater*
* Relevant motor manufacturer qualifications and training
* *Current welding certificate* (AOM009 or equivalent)
* Skills in *MIG brazing, spot welding, riveting, bonding*, and working with high-strength steels
* *Light MET and bonding certifications*
* *Full UK driving licence*
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
