What Are We Looking For?Oasis Software Solutions is looking for a Panel Wirer / Electrician to join them on a permanent basisat their site in Aberdare. Youll be involved in carrying out the fitting and wiring of sub-assemblies and further installation into a variety of enclosures from small electrical control panels to large motor control centres/ICA sections. This role will be split between the workshop in Aberdare (building and wiring) and sites across the South/Mid of Wales and southwest (installation). Your Key Duties Will Include:Perform PLC wiring and panel assembly following schematic drawings.Installing mounting rails, trunking, idents, and components onto metal backplates.Fitting wired assemblies within boxes and large enclosures.Torque setting screws and bolts using calibrated equipment.Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system.Complete relevant documentation including quality checks.What Do You Need?NVQ Level 3 qualified.Demonstrable experience in electrical systems installation and panel wiring.Knowledge of applicable electrical standards and regulations.Fully qualified to 18th Edition.Full UK Driving Licence.OSS Who Are We?Our journey has just taken a new turn, and we couldnt be more excited about the opportunity ahead! 2025 saw OSS become part of DPS Group, who provide turnkey control systems.OSS bring strong DCS expertise, providing the product knowledge needed to support a clients system throughout its entire lifecycle.
