A leading US law firm with a major presence across the Middle East, Europe, and the US is looking to hire a Paralegal to join its expanding Aviation Finance practice. The team works on complex cross-border leasing and finance transactions and is continuing to grow following strategic senior hires.

The firm are looking for a candidate with experience in aviation or aircraft leasing, ideally gained within a leasing company or a finance or transport practice. You should have a strong understanding of transaction management, documentation, and the wider deal process, and feel confident supporting both London-based associates and colleagues working across time zones in the Middle East. A proactive and organised approach, along with the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders, will be important in this role.
