Responsibilities of the job Support fee earners with commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and refinancing. Prepare and review standard documents such as licences, lease drafts, reports on title, searches and enquiries. Manage due diligence tasks, obtaining title documents, conducting searches, preparing CP checklists and monitoring key dates. Handle post completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications. Maintain clear communication with clients, agents and lenders, providing regular updates and progressing matters efficiently.
