Our client, a leading investment management firm, is looking for a Paralegal to join the team to support a wide variety of legal matters. This is an excellent role for an ambitious paralegal who wants to join the firm at a time of growth. Key responsibilities
Assisting the London Legal team with day-to-day legal queries such as reviewing commercial contracts, responding to employment queries and assisting with general corporate matters, as required. Draft and file Companies House forms. Organise and maintain precedent documentation.
Experience requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal sector with a focus on financial services. Strong attention to detail, analytical and drafting skills. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
