We’re currently supporting one of our Glasgow based clients who are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their Private Client practice. This role will focus on trusts, executries, and wills, supporting the team in delivering high-quality client work.
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting with the preparation and administration of wills, trusts, and executries
Supporting senior lawyers with client matters, including correspondence and documentation
Conducting legal research and preparing reports as required
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to ensure smooth case progression
What we’re looking for:
Proven Paralegal experience within Private Client or Trusts & Estates
Strong understanding of wills, trusts, and executries
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
