I’m currently working with a highly regarded international investment platform operating within the insurance and financial services space, looking to hire a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their growing London team.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the legal and investment teams with the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements and associated documentation. Responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
• Benchmarking new agreements against internal standards and templates
• Coordinating execution processes and ensuring timely completion of transactions
• Tracking contractual obligations, amendments, and key terms
• Extracting and maintaining key contractual data for internal systems
• Supporting legal documentation relating to transactions and fund activities
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency between agreed commercial terms and legal documentation
• Assisting with broader legal and operational matters as required

About You

• 3+ years’ experience working with commercial contracts (in-house or private practice)
• Strong experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation
• Excellent attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach
• Confident communicator, able to work with senior stakeholders
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
