Our client is seeking to hire a paralegal on an initial six-month contract basis within their high-performing Funds group.

Reporting directly into Funds Partners, the successful applicant will be responsible for: Transaction management. Liaising with clients and local counsel. Conducting research. Preparing bibles. Reporting on completed transactions. Assisting with development of knowhow materials. Attending practice group meetings.

Suitable applicants will have a strong academic background, and/or have gained prior professional experience.
